Meeting in the middle: Could the future university be part of an epic we?

This talk share results and resources from the ongoing Horizon Europe project EPIC-WE (2023-2026) that call upon universities to meet in the middle and join forces with cultural organisations, creative industries and young people in equal quadruple helix partnerships. Gain insights into the operational models behind EPIC-WE's Cultural Innovation Ecosystems and Cultural Hubs, currently enacting co-creation cultures in Aarhus, Hilversum, and Óbidos. Discover how EPIC-WE's principles of 'meeting in the middle' might catalyse action across sectors, countries, and themes, potentially transforming future university practices and partnerships in research, innovation, and education.
